Schwarz Insurance - Prairie du Sac, WI

Design Structures is excited to announce that they have broken ground on Schwarz Insurance’s new two-story, 18,000 square foot corporate headquarters facility located in the North Ridge Business Park of Prairie du Sac, overlooking the Wisconsin River. The scheduled completion date is Spring 2012.

Schwarz Insurance is an independent insurance agency serving Southern Wisconsin since 1923. Schwarz Insurance is in its third generation of family ownership, with over 70 employees and eight locations throughout the state.

Hood River Inn - Hood River, OR

Design Structures recently completed the addition of a new swimming pool, spa and pavilion at the Best Western Hood River Inn in Hood River, Oregon. This addition is the second phase of a three phase plan of facility upgrades. It included the installation of a new 18x50x4 swimming pool & spa along with a massage room, sauna, fitness room and indoor spa.

Blain's Supply Corporate Headquarters - Janesville, WI

Design Structures is pleased to announce that they have been awarded a major expansion and remodel to Blain Supply’s corporate office building located in Janesville, WI. The project consists of a 61,300 square foot addition to their office, conference center, and photography studio and approximately 82,000 square foot of interior remodeling to the existing corporate office building.

Design Structures has been working with Blain’s to update and maintain their many locations. Most recently, we completed an addition and renovation for Blain Supply’s warehouse located in Janesville, WI. The project consisted of a 122,500 square foot metal building addition, renovation and office build-out. Currently, we are working on two major additions and renovations at Blain’s Farm and Fleet stores located in Janesville and Madison. In 2009, we designed and built their newest location in Verona, WI.

Farm and Fleet - Janesville, WI

Design Structures recently completed construction for Farm and Fleet's Janesville store located at 2421 Old Humes Road. The project consisted of and exterior renovation, an addition to their existing main entrance and additional work in the Service Center.

Gro Alliance - Cuba City, WI

Gro Alliance teamed with Design Structures to design and build their new 4,887 square foot corporate headquarters which was part of a $2 million facility expansion at their Cuba City, WI location. Design Structures was challenged to design and build a new corporate office that not only appeals to Gro Alliance’s clients but also blends with the existing metal building production facility.

Farm and Fleet - Madison, WI

Design Structures recently finished construction on the major addition and renovation to the Farm & Fleet store at 2202 S. Stoughton Road in Madison. The project consisted of an 18,000 square foot building addition and a complete interior and exterior renovation that will dramatically change the image of this Madison landmark originally built in 1969.

Columbia Family Medicine - Hood River, OR

Design Structures is currently building a new medical clinic in Hood River, Oregon. This project is a 10,330 SF single story wood frame structure with an expected completion date of October 2011.
